HAGL AGRICO Laos holds conference on management operations at banana and cattle farms
On August 24, HAGL AGRICO Laos held a conference on the management of banana and cattle farms. Attending the event were THACO Chairman, THACO AGRI President, leaders and managers of departments, units, banana and cattle farms, and 36 employees from THACO Chu Lai who have been recently transferred to Laos.
The conference introduced the new management model at banana and cattle farms, key personnel at the farms, urgent construction plans and workforce solutions at the farms in the near future.
Speaking at the conference, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong sent his encouragement to the employees at the complex, including those transferred from Chu Lai, to create real values and leave their marks in each job, and complete the production and business objectives successfully.
